W e I just got through
cleaning up the kitchen
we had a Coconut Chicken
Tenders, Broc. & Herb n butter
rice. I'm so full.  hey! I've been
busy cleaning I have had so much
energy lol Hope that storm has passed
poor Bessie.glad you got help turning  on
your Computer lol. been watching all the Futbol
(football) games  I miss my Basketball games.
well sweetie get some sleep & cuddle up with

Thanks sweetie, pretty sure it was the diverticulitis but I believe I have it under control now. Doubled up on my probiotics and watched what I ate, and today I bought mostly groceries to keep it under control.
