Good afternoon Kimalisa I hope you are having a good weekend.  It is a grey day here with 12C and the rain has arrived and tonight it will be 4C overnight, getting colder as the week goes on with minus figures at night from Tuesday onwards. Pippin and I have had our walk, we got back before a shower arrived.  I am now sitting down for what I hope is a quiet afternoon with my returns. First Winter Snowfall

Goodnight splash! The strawberry rhubarb pie turned out AMAZING! I added some vanilla and almond extracts and they made it explode with flavour! I didn’t use a top crust so I made a brown sugar crumble with a dash of cinnamon and I’m the hardest critic of my baking and even I think its awesome! We got quite a bit done today so I’m kinda tired, I think I’ll go to bed soon and John is sleeping on the couch beside me. What did you think of the fight? In my heart I wanted Tyson to win, in my brain I knew the odds but Tyson looked already defeated when he walked into the stadium. I’m not sure what to think of the actual fight, it wasn’t anything that I’d expected.
