Hello-  how did the surgeon visit go?  Ugh, yesterday (Halloween) not only was it snowy and cold but also one of my credit cards had some fraudulent charges, over $400, so had to spend time getting that straightened out.... the party/ dinner we went to was OK but not nearly as fun as last year-  definitely a quieter group of guests, in my opinion the food was not nearly as good as last year.   We'll probably give it one more chance next year....  But the wonderful thing yesterday was that I saw a family group of 5 trumpeter swans on the lake in the backyard.  Two adults and three juveniles- the juvies are a tan color.  I just happened to glance out the window and they were circling down onto the lake, so graceful- it was absolutely beautiful.  I think it's the same pair that came through 2 years ago, with one juvenile, last year, there was a pair but no baby, but looks like they had a successful season this year!  I did not see them today and it's cold, so they may have just stayed the one night and then headed on south.  I love seeing swans!!

Supper was yummy, I brought some home. Had fish 'n chips again, just felt like it.

Good evening Kimalisa I hope you are having a good day and the visit to the surgeon yesterday went well.
