Good morning dear Judith, I had a lovely sleep, thank you, and feel so much better for it.  Yes, the clocks really mess my sleep patterns up,  Col thinks is funny, because he did shifts for many years and sleep at any time of day, no matter what.
I love to watch the stages that the frog spawn goes through,  always fascinating.  When we lived in France we had 'edible' frogs in our pond, they are quite rare these days (the French now get most of their frogs legs from China),  I could never, ever bring myself to try that 'dish'.  I know that they are not your favourite creature, but I have always loved them (and  toads).  Must be the witch in me, ha ha.
We had a light frost this morning, but that has gone now.
Enjoy seeing your Dad and your time with Margot. I have a basket of ironing with my name on it, and then pottering in the garden.  Have a good day, my lovely friend.  love from me  xxx
