Hi Judith late here today.  Your right I do shop on a Friday and was surprised to see how empty the supermarket was.  Every one must be at the beach.  I found it hard work to be honest.  You only get relief from this incessant heat when you hit somewhere with air con.  I was glad to get home and sit indoors with my fan on.  Roll on cooler temps.  Have a lovely day with your GD xxxx
