Was it the nurse you saw today? Good that most of  bloods were fine, I think that low cholesterol can be connected to liver issues so you might not have to change diet too much, yes see what doc says on 6th May? My cholesterol was too high when I had my checks in Feb 😕. Tired tonight, looking forward to a quiet morning, feel like I’ve spent every day in the pharmacy or docs this week lol.
