Morning Judith I am surprised I am not aching as much as I thought after my destroying old bits of wood in my garden, maybe it will be later I ache, sun is shining no sparkles as yet as sun is just behind neighbours cottage roof........
So I am still planning to go to Ikea today as tomorrow I can have a rest day.........
Hope you get some clarity on your test results sometimes I think the results perhaps jostle us to make healthier selections for a week or two......... Glad you love your desk lamp I am debating on getting another one that will sit behind the tv as I do zoom & I really need the light to be in front of me.

Good morning dear Ju, bright start here too, let’s enjoy the warmth today, cooling down again tomorrow. No plans here, I do have some of Jonah’s washing to pop down. Also need to call at docs to see about getting one of the meds they put Phil on at hospital, they’re getting low and aren’t on his repeat.
Hopefully once you start the B12 supplements you’ll start to see some improvements. 4 wks till you see Dr then.
