Morning Sweet, it was a nightmare to clean tried every thing , as a last resort l used washing up liquid outside it worked. The laminate in the hallway  l used the rough side of my micro fibre cloth and got the worst up. K will do the hands and knees bit today. The rugs not sure what to do about those luckily they are not too bad. I have to bend forward. l cant kneel at all too painful with the Oedema on top of arthritic knees. Have gotten quite adept at leaning forward now but it takes practice. I used to be very supple and could bend and twist any way that took my fancy up until the say last 10 years . The last 5 being the worst. I guess at my age (well over 70 ) now l am still very lucky. Yes Chow Mein is very tasty but so high in calories , so not a regular thing here . Oh yes l like the microwave rices too. Tomato and Basil, and mixed Peppers are my favourites l eat those as a meal nothing else with it. Not tried Aldi ones yet. Lidl only do basic ones but l use them when doing curries. Uncle Bens ones in Morry's are £1 this week. Thats good glad he is well, l have been out this morning to look at the plants they are ok, but the Azalea from Morry's is not doing well so l moved
