Thank you for spotting our Gazelle lovely one xx I hated my Physio because she wouldn't listen when I told her the exercises were making the pain worse and just kept saying "one more, one more". I ended up in a wheelchair waiting for spinal surgery - I should never have been sent for Physio in the first place and she should have paid attention. I'm slightly biased in my opinion so well done you for putting your foot down 💪
