Night night Ju! Yes mom slept better last night and was having a better day. God bless her. Im glad you had a nice Ju day...you all are heating up in the new week? It will be great for the children to be able to fun in the pool...and keep cool. Thank you for the anniversary wishes...we did go out for a meal when I arrived home. No kiddos this weekend as Zach is on call. Im feeling tired so relaxing with tv...it will be an early night for me. Sleep tight my lovely friend. Much love and hugs!

🐞Hi sweetie i cannot put my finger on what i ate to give me a flare up i think it may have been bread which i don't normally eat i don't eat eggs or cereals but had peanut butter on crispbreads which i have stopped now i like my meat/veggies  thank you for the advice about fat i hate fatty foods well the Buscopan does help , hope you feel a lot better catch you tomorrow Night night try and sleep well it is hot in here 27C thank god for the fans xxx hugs
