Hello Sweet, it was bright earlier here too, the sunshine has gone but its dry so thats good. Yes the HH is complex, l was fine for a good while so left off meds, meant to take them permanent but as with all meds sometimes you need to let the body work for itself. I wasnt getting the normal reflux so hence left them off. I think my pain was due to both tummy issues. Its settling some but so much wind its unnerving lol. . Hubby was a general builder but long retired and so were the tradesmen he hired from time to time. Busy time here again today , l like to do a deep clean on the run up to Christmas, so all we need to do on the days is cook and wash dishes. Having a cuppa atm. will eat in a bit before starting back on the cleaning ...floors downstairs. Have a lovely day sweet. Lots of love and hugs xxx
