Hi Ju! Happy new day! Im so happy to hear James' knee is holding up for him. Our health system isn't the best either. Hopefully he'll have the surgery he needs in the near future. Hello dearest Ju. I do hope that you are taking things easy today. I'm not surprised your body is rebelling after the heat and humidity of yesterday at Sports Day. You must have been melting! Fingers crossed that Dad does use the cream, anything that helps is a good thing! It's very muggy here today, cloudy too.
