Hope you're having a lovely day with your granddaughter 🫶 I understand totally, I was like that when they told me I'm pre-diabetic. I'd already modified my diet as much as I'm prepared to, I've quietly lost 2 stone 6lb and they've done sweet FA to help so they can bog off! You know you, you know what works and what to do...
