This is a bit that was missing from post below xx Bumped into friend in Morrys she is looking terrific and healthy, her was hair cropped short with little fluffy bits on the nape of her neck. She has gotten over her B. Cancer treatment and is in remission. So happy to see her out and about. Yes over doing exercise on his knees is not good. Anything gentle in between is fine to strengthen the supporting leg muscles and glutes. No standing knee bend squats. Sitting and slowly raising his lower leg to knee height and doing a few ankle circles is ok. I hope he feels the benefit soon. Lots of Love and Hugs Sweet xx

Hi Sweet, light showers here, did hear your rain was heavy today, still it will help wildlife and plants wont it. Shame you couldnt help D today, rain stopped play as it were. Naughty naughty eating cakes lol lol. . I am only jealous as l am dieting with K. His news l will tell you down on messenger as its not good. Nice you have some pleasant tasks to do indoors online. Got to the shops even though the scooter is still playing up. K bought me a present of Whisky , nice but l am on the wagon while dieting lol. . Brad finally got home from Spain today , he had to be seen by Paramedics as he passed out on the flight home. Bad stomach bug he picked up over there apparently so rest and fluids for a week.
