struggling with on of my patients other one went today to a B&B but this one is really poorly hes 29 way he is going he may not see 30! sad very sad one of them people cant help but really like and worry about!
well early night for me tonight am tired knees been sore as well today so a bit of extra strong pain relief needed for bedtime!!
