Lunchtime sprinkly-dinklies Carmem! Woke up to another bitterly cold day and a dusting of snow, luckily the sun is really bright and has just enough warmth to melt most of it - I hope it doesn't freeze! You share the story of your trip with such enthusiasm, I can feel what it meant to you! Sometimes places we visit just touch a place in your soul, I was like that when I visited Scotland. It's awesome that you're able to recreate some of the dishes and flavours of New Orleans. Hope you've had a good night and are able to greet the day with a cup of magic!
