Good evening Carmen I hope you are having a good day.  It has been another cold day here, we warmed to 5C but it has already dropped to -1C and should fall to -2C before morning.  Pippin and I had a lovely walk in the sunshine, so nice after all the cloud we have been having.  I am planning a quiet weekend after my busy week, fingers crossed lol. Hi Carmen
My appointment with the new doc went very well but was very long.  I have sciatica in my left leg from my back so at least I know what it is now. He wants me to go swimming but I don't like to come out to the winter cold. He also wants me to go for therapy but that is very expensive. He prescribed some stuff for my flakey nails that is not covered and cost  130.00 and the pharmacist said I will need a lot before it has any effect. He said if I can keep my blood work as good as it is I should live another 10 years at least haha. I had my flu shot.
Going to be a wet day but going up to 7 which is an improvement.
