Good evening Carmen, your message is from about four hours ago so I will assume (safely, I hope) that mum has called and all is well? No baking plans today (although mum has tucked into her second slice of Coconut Cake and says it's really good - she's my mum though, she kinda has to say that 😂). I don't really get to vary my baking now dad can't have what I make. Mum eats coconut, coffee and walnut, lemon drizzle and fruit cake, that's it. Whereas my dad would have apple, raisin and cinnamon, pineapple upside down cake, cherry and almond, Bakewell tart, Maidera, anything I did basically 😂😂 I have a new(ish) bread machine that I haven't actually used yet, maybe I'll make a loaf of bread!!!!
