Not been a good day. Couldn't get a parking spot at physio so was a little late. I don't like physio. Then did some shopping but forgot a couple of things so will have to go out tomorrow. Then to  the post office where customs had put a tag on a parcel for 80.00 as it came from the states. I refused it. And it has been pouring all day so my joints are in agony ugh
