Hello-   glad to hear you had a good time with your dad, I'm sure it meant a lot to him for you to share his birthday.  You must be getting worn out though from all the back & forth-  please take good care of yourself!  The Easter dinner was great. All the food came out very nicely.  I "forced" everyone to take home leftovers, especially the cupcakes and the ham, as having that in the house would be too tempting and not good for my gout.  My friend's brother took the big ham bone and a lot of the extra ham and is going to make split pea soup, so that will be yummy.    Sending you hugs!
