Hi Sue, ooh it sounds like you have it pretty bad there, I think we've been quite lucky here considering. It was lovely and bright at the park this morning but it's clouding over now so I'm expecting the rain again shortly. I'm just pottering about this afternoon. I forgot to mention, the shoulder is getting better thanks, more mobility in it but I can't cross my arm over or behind my body yet, that's still very OW-ey!
