Complete weather change here, so nice to have wet weather and low wind for a few days 😊
All feathered beasties enjoyed their new selection of seed, nuts suet etc...
Extra cooking for Hub events this week with more small cakes/scones to bake plus spiced fruit bread...I love these days as I get to look out from one of the kitchen windows as I prepare the goodies...
Will be nice to see everyone again after such a long break...

Evening sprinkle and a Water Dragon spotted, within 5 minutes. Thank you Jeannie. It has been a fine day here today, but not a very good one for me. I set out for my usual morning walk, and ended up on the floor after a dog jumped up at me. I ended up with an injury to my nose, which bled quite profusely. Ended up at E.and A, for the morning. The owner of the dog took me up to the hospital and stayed with me until Anne came up. Didn't know how she knew. Turns out somebody put on facebook to get to my daughter, and it worked. She was unable to come up to be with me, but contacted David my son, who couldn't come at that time, but got on to his wife, Anne, who did come to be with me. This let the other lady go home, as she had a young grandson with her, who was getting quite fractious. The people round helping me were all very helpful. I was seen by a doctor eventually, and now have an appointment to go to E,N.T. next Monday to give time for the swelling to go down. I think I might feel some more aches and pains and stiffness in the morning. I couldn't get on Fairyland yesterday for some reason. Mags came to visit me before to put her mind at rest that I was ok, as did David as well. Sending you my very best wishes and lots of love and warming hugs. xx

I'm glad your snow has from as has ours.
I walked down to the local Post office and Sainsbury's this morning.  We have had more rain today so I didn't get the car out.
