Good evening Jeannie and a day of sunshine and very heavy showers. I got caught in one this morning whilst out for a walk. Made a start on emptying the sideboard drawers. Took me all morning doing the first one. Beth visited after work, and someone gave her a lift here as the shower was torrentional. My very best wishes and love and hugs. xx

Morning Jeannie x warm and sunny here today x our visitors went off yesterday afternoon to their next campsite x so I'm catching up on watering and laundry x we had a lovely couple of days with Matt and Nin x and they will be back down sometime in October x
One of the fruit trees had to come down yesterday x so we have loads of apples to deal with x Dave wants to experiment with making apple jam x the apples don't taste that great on their own x they seem to be a cross between a cooker and a dessert apple and a bit pappy for our taste x
