Good evening Jeannie and my very best wishes. It has been a fine and sunny day here but also with a rather cold wind. I got my ironing done and the clothes put away before I went for my appointment with the physio. The therapist was lovely and said she could actually see that the muscle down my neck had definitely tightened up, causing all my pain. She did feel my neck and  also checked the right side with my left side. Which is definitely fine. She also said that the tightening is what is also causing me ear-ache on and off. She has taped part of my neck up, from my shoulder but couldn't tape all my neck up. I have another appointment for a week on Friday and she will then massage my neck as well. I was in with her for about an hour. The tape should stay on for about 4 days. After lunch I went a walk out to Tesco's and bought myself a salad for my tea. That made a lovely change. Mags is still having problems with them, they keep saying that I already have an account with them. Obviously I have, the gas account is for my heating and boiler. The phone company just don't want me to lower my phone payments, which will be over £80 a month from April, which I think is stupid, just for my phone line and internet. Anyway I am sure it will get sorted. Sending you my very best wishes and lots of love and hugs. xx
