Good evening Jeannie and a mainly fine day, but with a few showers. Went a walk out this morning before doing the hoovering, mopping and cleaning the worktops. I was speaking to my brother Jim just before I had my lunch. Then I went a walk out again and went to see some freezer foods before topping up my chest freezer, which I have just switched back on this morning. I roughly worked out what I will get perhaps tomorrow. I have had a better day today, only a couple of tearful times. I hope you got your washing dried. I will be getting my duvet out again tomorrow, but it is only a 4.5 tog. My very best wishes and lots of love and hugs. xx

Dave had the clips out yesterday and the wound is healing well x the nurse was very pleased with him x Quiet day today x when we don't have appointments I try to get him to rest x hope you have a lovely day x
