The herbs growing in pots is a great idea and you have inspired me to buy as many herbs as I can and have them dotted all about the place.
Physio as usual was a fountain of knowledge. She reminded me that I had major spinal surgery not qutie 12 weeks ago and I have overdone the movements. Pure and simple. I did far too much in one week and my poor old brain decided that was enough and its now throwing pain signals about so I protect my spine. Amazing science behind how our body works. So I am back to walking longer distances with the frame but shorter up and down the driveway without. x

Hello Nancy, good to see you again~ The summer has been zipping along here; too hot for me, looking forward to Fall and cooler temps.  I just planted tomato plants this fall and they are finally getting ripe.  Enjoying some veg's from my neighbor though, ha.  We are looking forward to a camping trip next month and two in Oct.  Taking my daughter and both grand gals over to Vashon Island this Saturday for a late breakfast and exploring.  Have a great day, hope all the critters are doing well.   & Thanks for spotting the Lion ~
