Hi Kim, l agree as we age things seem to be that much more difficult to achieve. I was fine doing things until Covid, after which l went way downhill. I have always walked everywhere local. I even used to power walk to the next estates edge. Not bad then at 70 years old. Now l cant walk to the local store, its not the energy so much as my joints have seized up through Arthritis. We used to walk to school , and walked my children too. Not enough exercise for kids will not help them stay healthy will it Hun. Best wishes for your Uncle love, take care of yourself too xxx
