Hi Kim, since losing the weight hubby has been a lot fitter, dont get me wrong he has a lot of underlying health issues those wont go away but with diet and keeping as active as he can for his age nearly 80,  is doing brilliant. He does have to rest a lot when working in the garden... painting fences, pillars, all wood and stone work. He helps in the house a bit too, though on some jobs l redo them when he isnt around , bless him he needs new glasses lol. . Hubby likes evaporated milk, l buy it for him. l dont touch any milk at all. Yes they will eat when hungry. l like the smell of bacon but rarely eat it, hubby has some most mornings .
