Water Dragon, thanks Dee. John has the optician coming here to test his eyes tomorrow, easier than him struggling to Specsavers, especially as he is at the moment. He goes every six months to the glaucoma clinic, he goes to the Galleries in Broadmead, it’s on the top floor where the post office used to be. He has eye drops which keep the pressure down. I did the on line thing this morning in the hope that a doctor might come and see John, he had a bad night in quite a bit of pain. She rang me up and proceeded to ask me all the questions I had already answered! She agrees with our own diagnosis that he has bruised muscles, she said if he can walk about and bear his weight then nothing is broken, but even there is a hairline fracture, they can’t do anything for it. She said for him to take two cocodamol at night to help him sleep. He’s got some from when he had his hip done, a higher dosage than you can buy in the pharmacy, so we’ll give it a go. Getting brassed off with it all now ☹️ Glad you are getting on well with your wheelchair xx
