Tuesday sprinkles from around Nessie's Loch. Perhaps a little warmer and brighter than yesterday but still on the cool side to how April has been over the past few years.
Cardboard box demolishing and emptying of domestic bins for the afternoon. Red peppers lightly roasting so as to add to my tomato and whole red lentil soup for tonight's supper. Sprinkles here throughout the late afternoon and evening...Murdo needs more food so had better see to my boy...

Good morning, Dee! Working this morning, I kept 1 job & do it 2x a month.  So we are cool this morning & going up to 70! The deck will be awesome when we get it done. I hope your feeling better & you get in sooner! Can you take  Turmeric with 95% Curcuminoids? its awesome  for the inflamation. I take it. Its over the counter & its 1500 mg. But also ck with your dr. If you take this you don't need the injections or pills. I have had both hips replaced & understand your pain. Just a thought. Sometimes Drs don't like this cause there is no kick back, again just a thought.  ok have a good morning
