Morning dear Jan,
Hope you have a lovely day and enjoy the bright dry weather, we enjoyed our time with Donna and children, James enjoyed his Roast , I nibbled at a few safe bits, I feel absolutely washed out going forward can’t force the eating ,yet still don’t feel like doing so, it will come, as soreness settles ,eating Iam sure will increase, hospital later for XRay, (Knee) I’m keeping that appointment luckily it’s in a building next to main hospital with its own parking and it’s like  a street to building in and sit , need to grab some supplies as well on way home, you take care  dear Lady, hugs and love xx
