No this test is not the MOT test though it is government controlled. When you buy a car it has to have been certified so if the seller doesn't do it the buyer has to and it costs $400.00 if nothing is wrong. It proves that the odometer has not been turned back and everything is in working order. So it is best to get it done.
Bright sunny morning but rain coming this afternoon. I hope you have enjoyed your couple of days settling in. Be nice to see Roy and Margaret again instead of skyping. Your brother will miss all the little things you are able to do for him at the caravan .
Sounds as if finally you will be getting home. In time to mow the grass and fill the feeders etc etc.
