Hope you are feeling better today we took my 94 yrs old mum to tong garden centre today it was lovely we had lunch a look at all the plants and some lovely things out for Easter she has not been out since Christmas she lives in a care home and not been that well since just before Christmas but spring is on its way so we talked her into having a little trip out she is loosing her sight so it does her good to get out for a bit she cannot read or watch tv now she listens to it but soon gets fed up and bored so we try to visit and take her out as often as we can xx

Olive Leaf capsules are good for cough. take 3 a day, until cough is gone, then one a day there after. They work!
Off to do more patio cleaning. Had a lovely swim this morning
