Good afternoon Lizzy. I bought a raincoat for Penny but she doesn’t like it…at all!! When it’s cold or rainy I put her puffer jacket on her. She doesn’t like that much either but will tolerate it. It’s been rainy for most of the day but the sun has finally come out…hallelujah, I forgot what it looked like. It is 6pm now so it will be nice to have the sky lit up for a few hours.
