St. Patrick's Day is here, you see.
We'll pick some shamrocks, one, two, three.
We'll count the leaves and look them over,
And maybe find a four-leafed clover.
I'll sew green buttons on my vest,
Green for St. Patrick is the best.
I'll wear a green hat, very high,
And dance a jig--at least I'll try

March 17

Good morning, Lizzy. Piper is still sleeping in her pen overnight. Penny is in the bed taking it over…lol. Piper will eventually move to the bed, for now ,she does well in her pen overnight. It is a 4x4 pen with her bed, some safe toys, water, and a washable puppy pad in there. I also put her in there whenever we leave the house. It is a safe place for her to be when I’m not able to give her full attention, overnight, or when we aren’t home. During the day the door to the pen is open and she goes in there frequently to lay in her bed or use the puppy pad and get drinks. She seems to really like it, it’s her safe place. Yesterday was a warm day. We got rain on and off and the temperature went up to 72°. By dinner time at had dropped 20°. By bedtime it had dropped 40°. Woke this morning with 3 inches of fresh snow and 21°. March is just wild here in Central New York. You never know what you’re going to get.💜
