a sunny good morning, Lizzy, and a splash! glad to hear the boys were able to get used to the extra activity, and that the tree came down easily. I had to be stuck twice for the blood tests, but she was really good. other than the stick it didn't hurt.  and, the results are back; I'm doing better than 6 months prior. it's a beautiful sunny day here, and my sister should be on her way for our visit. I'm really looking forward to it as I was sick last year for my birthday, and had to wait until April for our visit. take care! xx

Hi Lizzy good afternoon sprinkle found a Hedgehog thank you . Thank you for finding the Mouse . I had a lovely lunch and catch up with my StepMum on Monday . Jim has gone off walking with a group of old work colleagues. They arrange a walk each month . I’m going to make a cake this afternoon and do a bit of sorting of my kitchen food cupboard. We may get some snow later today as well . Hope Dave’s Physio went well and he’s been signed off . XX
