Hi Andy - well you deserve a day off for that!  The humidity here right now is unbelievable - it's like walking outside into a sauna.   I'm not one who usually loves air conditioning - I'm usually fine if we open some windows and have fans going, but when it's this humid, I'm very thankful for it!  Cleaning day for me tomorrow - it will feel nice when it's done!  I hope you have a good day.

Very nice to get those 4 miles in....AND to work from home!  I've always admired people that can do that.  I would be a disaster - I would be wanting to just throw a load of laundry in the machine quick.....or maybe if I just do a really quick dust and vacuum......it would never end - and then I'd be working until midnight trying to make up for the time I spent cleaning!  lol  Hoping it's a little cooler for you.  We are having the heat wave now.....thank goodness we have a window air conditioner - it does a great job!   I hope you have a good day tomorrow.
