Hi Andy - your meals always sound delish!   I had a busy day of appointments/errands followed by choir practice - got home at 9:45 pm and finally ate a dinner of leftover Chinese food - won-ton soup and had just enough shrimp/broccoli left to fill me up.   I don't usually splurge like that but once in a while you just have to!   Will pop back in tomorrow - have a great day and hoping trains are on time.
