Hello Evelyn, did you car start? I hope that ince you get all the mechanics sorted you will no longer have to walk and take trains. Gong therapy sounds interesting. I would like to more about that. I have a metallic Tibetan drum and on the rare occaisions I try to play it I find it quite peaceful if I relax and don't bother with learning tunes, just play random notes. I should get it out more often than I do. I love my drums, I have quite a few. I have a North American drum that I actually made in a workshop many years ago. It is my favourite drum. Now I should get ready for bed. HUGS

oh poor you  evelyn, i know about back pain it stops you doing anything at all until it improves , i bet you were stressed with it all an d the heat top of everything, still be good to get a car again gives you back independence doesnt it, have a good day hope the yoga helped xxx
