Hi, Janet!  :)  How have you been?  Randy's laying in Don's lap right now.  It's so cute.  I should say he's partially on his lap.  He's a big dog with some "overhang"!  ;)  Anything new up in Canada?  We've had two days of overcast skies & a bit of rain yesterday.  Perfect Thanksgiving weather for us.  It was always rainy on Thanksgiving Day in Ohio!  We'll have a small turkey breast and the usual dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, etc.  I'll make a lemon pie tomorrow.  We had a pumpkin pie not too long ago.  You're probably getting excited about Wesley's Christmas memories this year.  It will be fun for your family!  xx

Suddenly there was a loud harrumph that came in the direction of the doorstep.  Broom looking stern was rustling his broom straws.  He didn’t like being wakened from his afternoon nap.  Seanachai knew it had better be for a pretty good reason.  She sat down on the doorstep and quickly told broom about the plight of the robin family.  Now broom was a curmudgeonly sort but he was not without a heart.  He looked at the little family shivering in front of him and his heart melted.

I wish I didn't do so many presents but at least after this weekend they will be gone and I won't be tripping over them. Mind you I will then have to start on the rest, fortunately not quite so many! I've got all except Tessa's boys and Sam's eldest, although she tells me it's on order, probably Amazon! Then it will be their birthdays just after Christmas, but as the oldest 3 are teenagers money is usually most acceptable for that!
I've just seen they're forecasting more rain for tonight and tomorrow if this keeps up we'll float away.
