Morning Dianne, talk about one man went to mow a meadow, that was me today. Some of the grass was a foot high so had to empty the the mower every couple of minutes. I now have a hay stack. lol. I must be getting old as I found it hard work. Also pruned some of the roses etc. BBQed chicken wings this evening, & like you I burnt them but to me that's ok. Sandra said to me , I've run out of one of her four lots of pills. I checked & she should have repeated the prescription two weeks ago. So I went to town to get that sorted,. I'll have to keep a check on that in future. Popped down to an island off the south coast of NZ. Lovely scenery but not enough peeps there for me. Best wishes to your mum.. Have a super day..Could be a bit of weeding for me tomorrow, can't wait.. lol.

So sorry about your mum,  but good on her for standing up for herself. I'm glad she is getting good care too.

Same Evening, lol..I'm sure the dentist wasn't aware of Sandra's condition. It was a young dentist so was being ultra though which can mean a bit rough. With treatment to come all the reception knew was to make two appointments one of which is the hygienist. I didn't want to cause a fuss so I accepted the hygienist appointment, but no idea what the second appointment was all about. I assume it is to repair the broken tooth which really is all we wanted. I'll get all the information @ the next appointment. I would always say no to the hygienist as I think it's a waste of money. I did once have that when they had a cancellation so offered me a free go. All I can say is in my opinion it's a total waste of money. £70 is the current rate. Sorry you over cooked your chicken kiev, charcoal is supposed to be good for you. lol. Generally speaking I like over cooked food.. Goodnight, I'm now to go gardening..How's your new watch? Sleep well..
