Morning Dianne, had a call from Tracey this morning asking us if we wanted to go for a bit of scoff ( cockney for summit to eat) later today. I said I would cancel all other engagements & join her. She sounded very chippy. We decided to go to my favourite pub The Roebuck. It aint posh but good value for money. Anyway by the time she arrived she seemed down in the dumps. Knowing her I have often see her change moods @ the drop of a hat. So I thought it was my job to cheer her up. To be honest I didn't really succeed but did find out what was troubling her. It seems that for all she does for her kids none were bothered that she was looking for something to do & have some company. I did tell her to get used to it, thats life. I know, I've had plenty of experience of the same. No names mentioned.. lol. I enjoyed our time @ the pub. Got chatting to a old chap sitting @ a adjacent table, he looked sad & on his own. So I bought him a meal. He was so overwhelmed you'd have thought I'd saved his life. Naturally Tracey wasn't happy with her meal. lol...I'm done now, so enjoy your day..
