Evening Dianne, you see most peeps just look & stack books on a shelf higgledy piggledy but you being a librarian are more orderly. So you need to teach others how it should be. ..Meant to say in The Book I love the way they have names the rooms from the Monoply game...I don't know about saving someone's life but I felt for the guy. He walked with a frame  & only ordered a coffee. He said because of his medication he wasn't aloud alcohol. Lost his wife a year ago so now lives on his own. But hang on it gets worse, He supports the worst football team in the English league. lol..So he needs all the help he can get..It's a Bank holiday here today so I wont go to town. Don't ask why because I have no answer. Could be just habit...Most shops will be open. Nice day here so may sit in the garden with Hattie & Walter..Have a relaxing evening after your working day. Hi Dianne
It was, originally,  when the banks closed. When I was little ALL the shops closed on a Bank Holiday. Nowadays called a public holiday but its a hard habit to break. The kings (queens) official birthday is in the summer, so we supposedly get good weather to troop the colour.
Finished The Housemaid and will start on Joanna Nell next.

Splashed-- It is a lovely sunny Sunday morning,a little cool but it should warm up nicely. The area arounds us has a big Mennonite population and they are really big on Handmade quilts and such so I decided to try my hand  at it. I did start smaller making personal designed baby quilts. I then got into the full sized ones but didn't have room to set up a full quilting frame so had to stick with the little portable one and keep moving it . Sagwa was the final nail in my trying to do them,One Eye .Red Baron,Pooh Bear., Irish and Smokey all had their turns over the years. When I lived in the country our TV was satilite service as was our internet but now in town I have the fiber service. Have a good day
