Morning Dianne, got back from town to late to catch you. It was a enjoyable trip Stopped off for Sandra to get her covid jab. Then off to the ''oppie''. The lady who went to your country to visit her sister no that far from you was back. She presented me with a Boomerang. I've sent you a couple of shots of it. It's a reproduction by Eddy Harris..She said she wanted to have a look @ Tom Katz but her sister wasn't well enough. Her sister has a disease brought on by to much anti biotics. Not heard of that before. The in charge lady in the 'oppie' produced a porcelain doll for us. All came about because I asked them to hang on to any china dolls so Sandra can knit clothes for them. But this one is not a doll to be played with in any way. It's a collectors thing. I felt obliged to buy it as they had taken the trouble to save it for me. I get spoilt in this oppie. But I like it. lol. From there to the library to dot the 'i's' about charging for ordering. But it applies to books ordered after Wednesday. Then off to the card shop where I was only going to get a card for my sister. But Sandra got confused about the cards I said she had to get. Anyway I did help her. Guess you thought I would. lol. Then it was off for a coffee @ our now favourite or should I say one place left I can use for coffee. I asked the waitress if they could produce scones with jam & cream. She wasn't sure. So I took a short cut & went to the chef & asked him if he would do us a couple of scones. How could he refuse.lol. I tell you what, he produced the best ever scones. Delicious. Sandra even loved hers... On the way home I met a neighbour who had a major op a couple of weeks ago. She told me they took some of her intestines away. Sounds horrific. But she was well upbeat about it. Extremely brave I would say. I'll stop now before this L/top runs out of ink. lol. Have a super Tuesday....W.M fanx.
