ello, ello, ello, talking kites I don't know how many we lost @ the beach because someone had let their cord go. I used to wonder where they ended up. What used to amaze me was some kids had string tied to the handle of plastic bags & they made perfect kites flying without any problem while we were battling with our kites trying to get them air borne.Often a battle. Have fun.

The book is called, What does Isreal Fear From Palestine. Its quite sad and heavy going. Its interesting though. I already have another book lined up. Its called Killing Thatcher. Its about the IRA and their attempt on Thatcher. Its come highly recommended.

Evening Dianne & Lynne, your friend Lynne sounds like quite a character & fitted in well with your art group. I can't wait until Sunday to hear how your dance performance. I can imagine you &nLynne dancing together with a crowd around you clapping in time with the music. A kind of Saturday Night Fever scene. I'd love to be there with my John Travolta impression. lol. Took the car to the garage for a scan. They say it is a sensor & can fit it in on Friday. So all should be well as we are visiting Little Ed & Sylvie on Sunday. Sandra has bought a doll for Sylvie so I have to get summit for Little Ed. Another chore In could live without. lol. Today it's another bus ride to Southend to get more footwear for Sandra. She is so convinced her feet have got bigger. My answer to that is WHATEVER..lol. I wonder what will be next? I'll leave you two to soak up the atmosphere sitting on your veranda while I sort out a bus time table. I know where I'd sooner be..Have fun together..     .

Morning Dianne, guess Lynne & her family are settled in. Nice for you to have your friend stay. .I'm a learner in the food/kitchen game so I'm learning as I go. Today taught me a lesson of separate things like sausages, burgers & chicken pieces before putting them in the freezer otherwise it's a tough job separating them. Tonight I put a couple of burgers on the bbq while they were still frozen together. My theory was the heat will make it easy to separate them. Wrong. So I ended up with one that looked like a burger but the other could have been mince meet. Mind you it tasted ok. lol. Trip to town  was good. All charity staff were sociable, always fun. This evening I've been to Indian close to the mountains followed by a tour of middle England, which was fun as they went to a town just like the old days. If you wanted cheese they would wire cut you some. Took me back to my childhood. Enjoy your time with Lynne.....Duck....fanx.

Evening Dianne, cats can be such a worry as they lead their own lives, almost completely independent. When I think back to our cat days I spent many a time in the middle of the night looking & quietly calling Spocky. Once he was gone for a few days & then just suddenly turned up. The first cat we had which was a wild cat used to come home battered & bruised, & once with a broken hip. That cat cost us a fortune in vet bills. Then there was the time it swallowed a sewing needle. Think you just said Lynne has arrived? So is she staying long or just going home when she feels like it. I've got another shipping load for my charity friends this morning. Not sure if I'm going solo to town but I get the impression I am. All about body language, lol. Got my sister calling on a video call this afternoon. Be interesting to hear what courses on line she is now doing. She certainly didn't learn much from the AI course. Hello Dianne. Had a nice walk round town yesterday! It was a lovely sunny day. Today looked like sleet first thing for a few mins. But Rain heavily now.
