Hi Dianne that's good that lots of books donated though hopefully you get space to put them out. I went for a walk and caught a bus to meet 4 friends for a pub lunch it was lovely got a lift back to supermarket nearby bought a few things and walked back from there.

Morning Dianne, not every day goes according to plan, & today was one of those. After my cleaning duties followed by a coffee I went to town to I hoped get my visa credit card App sorted on my phone. Had to wait a while to get to my turn. Hello she said, I remember you. That's always worrying. I took all I thought details with me. Told her what I wanted. She tried but no go. It's probably because I had so many goes & failed I was completely shut out. So now she wanted my Microsoft password. Ha Ha, everyone carries that around don't they. lol. So it was a no go. Not the end of the world. Came home & played with my L/top which isn't well. Took it to the menders who told me it was so out of date was it worth fixing. So yes I purchased a new one, well refurbished with Windows 11. They transferred all my stuff onto it. So that is good. Not actually plugged it in yet just continuing with my reserve. Been to your country this evening where an old lady, well oldish to a youngster, lol. She is living on her own in the middle of nowhere. She was so happy, strange. Guess we all want something different from life. I'm still hacking through my book..Hope you don't get kicked out of your house. lol. Think I'm over rambling, so have a super day..Bet a lot of peeps enjoy reading our story. lol.
