Morning Dianne, I'm back from Orbit & now on earth after two days rounding Earth. A really fascinating book on the insight of an astronauts life in space. Although it's sad that the mice are being used but had to smile that they discovered they could turn circles in mid cage in weightless atmosphere. Will return it tomorrow & pick up the Miriam book. I decided this evening to have a big jacket potato. Gave it about eight minutes in the microwave then cut it open in four places & put something I found fermenting @ the back of the fridge. It is called Greek Cheese Salad Style. I'd never heard of it but thought I'd give it a go. You may be familiar with it but not me. It was in a package. Inside was a slab of white cheese. Looked @ the expiry date which was 07/25..I'd heard cheese matured with time so put some on my spud & gave it a minute in the micro. Tell you what, it was lovely. Will do that again soon...Easy to fall asleep when relaxing reading a book. Hope the Miriam book doesn't do that to me. Hope you have a super Monday. ...FM....fanx.
