Hope you had a good day Diane been a day of jobs for me did not get past 24 today with a breeze so was nice if only we could keep it that way would be nice!
does not sound like your heat is good today so guess that air con will be running
the nurses here dispose of all the waste when they visit they bag it up & take to medical disposal i only know my friend is now a home nurse she has to take her rubbish over to the hospital disposal at end of her shifts

Thanks for the Rd.  My it was hot today and they are saying it's our hottest yet!  On a good note it's to change tomorrow.  I like a nice sunny day that is pleasant but it's been to hot here.  I don't like it when I feel like I am in an oven.  I don't know if you watch tennis I am guessing you don't but the telly has been full of it here.  I think it finishes tomorrow.  So we will get some normal viewing back.  I use to watch it years ago when there was some characters playing like John Mcenroe. But I lost interest in more recent times.  Have a good day and keep cool xxx
