Hi Diane..ty for the Gecko.  I am tired tonight and will be going to bed when I have finished here.  The world cup is on here at the moment anyway so not much on the telly.  I see your very happy with your new table and chairs.  It's a big plus you got padded seats I agree much more comfortable.  My sister and I are very close and even though we live in different countries we have always travelled back and forth for holidays together.  We have never missed a year where we haven't been together.  I see you had a brother you were close to as well.  Glad to see Sagwa is back to his old self.  His huffs never last long lol.  Have a lovely day night night xxxx

work was ok a little busy but all up to date again so all is well i am going in tomorrow as i am meeting one of patients family on ward to help them with some forms  but will come work at home after lunch
neck is still sore so more tiger balm lucky i like that smell
yes mum went for a little wander today just out back of our garden with the walker! i think when am off will take her somewhere with it too so she can feel even better then i will never see her
