Hi Diane...not everyone is a fan of Christmas my neighbour hates it.  She lost here brother years ago at Christmas and it was never the same for her again.  I can understand why Christmas would be like that for you to.  I love Christmas but as I get older I find I am glad sometimes to see the back of it.  I find I get tired now and am glad I can have days when I can relax more.  It's such a big rush up to it.  We all run around like loons preparing for it.  No wonder we are knackered after it.  I have been hearing reports the weather is bad over there.  Glad you are snug inside.  You take care and enjoy your day xxxx

Morning Diane, hope all is well with you, how is the leg? .I think the excitement over Christmas dies somewhat when the kids leave home, the buzz goes with them. I didn't put anywhere near the amount of decorations up this year. All seems a bit pointless. I will leave our decorations up until the New Year as we normally do.I of course am off to town in a mo. Got a few chores to make one being paying £5 to the Post Office because we had a card without a stamp. I tried paying on line but as usual that didn't work out. lol.Need to get a updated  picture printed of my grandson Tom for our rogues gallery. Not a bad day here @ 5c & dry, so maybe Sandra will come? I wish you a happy Monday.....Mallard....fanx.

well its a cold start here little ice on car but not too bad  well i hope the consultant appreciates that i have new underwear on for my appointment and am hoping they dont bruise me doing bloods I bruise very easy too!
have to pop to get some thin slices ham for Jake's pills on way back we ran out
sounds like there is lots of snow going on there lucky people are still on holidays for travelling
well i best get moving am also now on call for emergencies at work but do that from home 10-4 so not bad last year i think in 2 days i got 2 calls can still go out too!
